Wanted: Service Help to develop sites!

Right then, here we go.

I have over 600 domain names that I wish to develop or have developed! Obviously such a number is well beyond me doing it myself so therefore I am after domainers/developers who can develop some of these domains.

I am able to offer the following deal to any developer interested in developing any of my domains.

1) A revenue share scheme dependant on the type of development of the site (adsense/yahoo {40%} up to fully developed {70%}).

2) A contractual term arrangement for a set number of years of revenue share dependant on type of development and maintainence, etc. (adsense/yahoo {2 years minimum} up to fully developed (up to 7 years}).

3) A share of any profit from the possible sale of the site within the contractual time frame, dependant again on type of development (adsense/yahoo up to fully developed).

N.B. For the geographic domains in the list I think there is a requirement that the developer either lives in the city/State/Country or has a strong connection and knowledge of the city/State/Country.
