But the issue is how do you trust the source where you got the 11K valuation? Estibot is quite inaccurate and good domainers don't trust it.
Follow sales reports like dnjournal and watch what domains sell for. Estibot is very limited and will make you undersell some of the time. Other times you'll be pricing it too high.
