I am not here to cry over spilled milk. To some, our losses might not be so great as to merit any further discussion. However, I find the TACTICS and METHODOLOGY employed by Yahoo and/or MarkMonitor to be troubling.


My understanding is that the recieving registar is responsible for making sure that the transfer is valid. If a history of this can be documented I would think ICANN should pull the certification.
