hmm... account suspended without notice

When I tried to enter my account to check my stats I got the follow message:


You account has been suspended for receiving traffic from an invalid source. To attempt to reactivate your account follow the instructions below;
where status = 3;

1. Call 1-815-346-5866 and list your affiliate id, explain the message you have received
2. We will call you back after verifying the information provided

This is the ONLY way to verify you will receive payment so please make this a priority.

BTW I tried calling the number , but I don't know what number to dail exactly because I'm calling from Holland.

I don't understand why my account has been suspended as I only had listed 2 domains to test imonetize and they both recieved natural type-in traffic.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience, if you could just call the number and leave us your email address, name and return phone number. We will open you account back up ASAP.

Let me take the time to explain what is happening here for you and ANYONE else that has this issue.

We sent out an email to ALL accounts last week that didn’t have either a proper/complete address or invalid telephone number to make sure they went in and updated the account info to show the correct information. Due to spam filters and whatnot it appears some people didn’t get the email and some did. However, we set up a suspend page for those people to get there attention and give us a call to verify there information.

The reason we needed to do this was we had about 200 BOGUS accounts sign up with us over the past month and start sending PTR and Click fraud traffic through those bogus accounts. This kind of activity left unchecked could end up hurting all our affiliates across the board eventually, so we had to take action.

Now before anybody jumps in and asks let me say; THIS DOES NOT mean your account is suspected of Fraud. ONLY that we need to verify your address and Phone number and are trying to get your attention.

Considering the response here, it appears to be working. ;) Also let me assure you that while your accounts where/are suspended YOU ARE STILL EARNING MONEY… You just don’t have access to your stats.

We hope that this measure will help keep the BAD guys out and the GOOD guys in and the quality of traffic we send our partners HIGH. This way we can continue to send you the BEST payouts in the industry overall.

Again PLEASE feel free to PM me with ANY questions you might have regarding this and I will try my best to get things straightened out for you ASAP.

No... They are different messages... If anyone is receiving the "Your account has been suspended for receiving traffic from an invalid source." message you should PM me so we can discuss that in private.

Lack of activity means NO domains in the account. Again, this is not a problem in an of itself, we are mearly trying to get rid of the BOGUS accounts created. Please PM me your account ID and I will look into it for you.
