I saw this one on the list not too long ago...I kind of liked it at the time, but just ran in to how do you monetize the thing. I never could get past that. It could be developed in to a pr0n site...and that was about the best I came up with. Resale, low without development. ...I hate to be negative, but -some- feedback is better than nothing...I hope.

I suppose if you are about to sell those domain name you need to work out a list of ideas for it and try to sell this domain name with ideas sticked to it. In any case that must help you to get better price for your domain name selling.
