how to contact you guys? got more than $10K from parking stuck there!!

Anyone knows a contact point of namedrive.com? the only page on their website is http://www.namedrive.com/contact_us.php?lang=e for contacting them and has no phone number?!

i've tried billing@namedrive a week ago with no reply, i also emailed alex@namedrive also did not get any reply

i have more than $10K laying out on my account and dunno they just want to delay replying AFTER 15th of the month to avoid sending them this week or what?

We have contacted you several times about this and replied to every mail you sent. As Alex has informed you, this money has been paid out to your partner already, so you need to settle this with him. We are also pressing him to resolve the issue.

Long story, and not really something for the forums. We handled this in private with Bashar. It was not a ND error, it was simply how the account was set up in his partner's name for over 18 months.
