I think geos are a solid investment and they will get great traffic upon developing them...most should have a little traffic to begin with though....but may not be great. Basically, with development, you will be getting them indexed well in search engines and increasing the value of your investment. Who knows..this 5k can end up being spent toward a core ongoing business for you.
