A pair of months ago I purchased Yavu.com from this DNF Member called IAHead:

Delaxo Solution ltd
Vinay KM ([email protected])
+91.9880380000
Fax: +1.5555555555
Bangalore
banaglore, KAR 560040
IN

I make a PayPal mass pay to buy his domain and initiated the domain transfer.
Unfortunately the domain was unable to transfer to Moniker due to this error:
Error 2304: Domain is Locked or Transfer Prohibited
I asked many times to the seller to unlock the name and after a good time he came with the excuse his registrar had a glitch they fixed.
Ok, that may happens, but in fact no change, the same transfer error!

Tired of this situation after a pair of months I created an account at his registrar and asked him a simple push.
And there worst! After many PMs, not a single reponse!!!

So the question I have is:

I have been scammed by this guy?
Someone know him?

Pretty much from what you are saying it sounds like a scam. I got scammed last month from the same scammer twice, bastard hacked two NamePros accounts and sold me 3 domains which I could not get my money back, lost mid $$$

Hey Francois, yeah, does sound like you've been scammed... A typical move of scammers I've unfortunately come across is to stall a transaction for a considerable amount of time... Sounds like a similar thing has happened here.

The member does have a 100% itrader rating after 12 ratings however...

I've also looked at the sales thread: http://www.dnforum.com/f529/yavu-com-thread-422019.html

And both the day before AND the day after iahead posted the final sold post, the Whois records changed (according to domaintools)... Which seems a bit fishy!

I just placed a dispute at Paypal and contacted the CEO of NameCheap.com to check what they can do to help resolve this fraudulent sale.
