once AGAIN, most of us with active brain cells don't repeat the mistakes we
made 4 and 5 years ago when the lines weren't as neatly drawn in this industry.
and they didn't want the name, not that it's any of your business.
they figured they could get worldwide advertising for $1500 in a WIPO suit instead
of paying much, much more for full-color ads in top fashion magazines.
they never even took possession of the name after the suit.
so, AGAIN, i find it incredible that people without the facts can make assumptions,
then post them as statements of fact, when IN FACT, they're assumptions, and
not the truth.
