Maybe this was something that was requested of them from a higher authority after the whole RegisterFly mess and other recent criticisms that were in the news? It seems someone wants to see how good/bad of a job they're doing as a managing international body, and I doubt they would take the initiative to ask for such critiques of themselves directly on their site, on their own, but you never know... maybe they just didn't know how bad a job they've been doing all those years
