Hey,
I just wanted to share one of my best practices with you guys. I hear over and over again that people still get ripped off by domain scamers using hijacked paypal accounts.
When ever I sell a domain where the buyer seems questionable and or the amount of the purchase is large, I call and verify payment of the paypal account holder and for larger amounts overnight certified mail that requires signature from the confirmed address used in the paypal account buyer.
Paypal however still risky, because nothing is ever 100% foolproof. This does minimize your exposure to being ripped off.
May seem like a lot of work, but serious buyers dont mind and understand the importance of the task.
