I seriously doubt joe-blow will register a .INFO but this may help improve the likelyhood of that happening. This could have a good effect on other TLDs like .biz, .ws, .cc and others are people realize there are more options available.

DomainSite just ended their free 25 .info promo this morning; but hey, they are now selling them at 99 cents each! The game continues ...

This should be interesting. I've already registered 80+ domains through different registrars, before realizing that Afilias keeps track of them. I like the ones I've reg'd but not enough to pay top dollar for them. $1 isn't too bad, though.
