Infomash.org - over 2 Million unique visitors/mo?

Does anyone know what the deal is with Infomash.org?
It's only been registered since 2009, but I see it advertising on a lot of parked pages.
The site itself is just a parked page, but it looks like it's getting over 2M unique visitors/mo.

Compete.com indicates that traffic increased from 8,000 to over 2,600,000 in only 8 months.

Are they driving traffic via ppc? I am not sure if they are violating the terms by doing arbitrage.

I've noticed infomash.org on several of my parked.com and whypark.com pages.
It's tough to not speculate that PPC companies could be behind this, syphoning our traffic at greatly reduced rates.
Has anyone seen infomash.org on any other parked sites?
