Good call, Jorge. Geo's are ripe for development. The primary keyword is already there.

well, if some people want to refer to a parked page as a web site...

What an opportunity.

Perhaps, just perhaps, the owner is getting good PPC.

Man, I love geo's!

I wouldn't class a PPC page as a website.

But yeah, not sure what the owner is doing - there's such a huge opportunity with it. Sure, his PPC has probably doubled or more, but that's nothing on what it could get developed.

Tehran dotcom is owned by the WorldNews dotcom network.. We sold them a good generic news name for a good amount awhile back.. WN owns a lot of premium generic news domains. I am positive that they would pay top dollar for Iran dotcom, and would gladly pay a 10+ year PPC Multiple for it.

I think this is Rick Latona's name. Unless he sold it.

A 500K name that could potentially create a ton of revenue from a well designed site.

IF this name were to be for sale on the market RIGHT NOW,

Do you think having a site would:

a.) With site would sell for more than just a name.
b.) A site would not affect the sale price.

Rick Latona bought iran.com in 2007 for $400,000

April 27, 2008 by Rick Latona

A year or so ago I picked up the domain Iran.com. The name gets 2000-5000 unique visitors a day. Revenue can be as low as 50 dollars but often spikes above 250 dollars a day, depending on how much the country is in the news. It’s in the news a lot.
