Paypal is never able to do anything after the fact ... or maybe .. that's just me.

Just speaking first hand from my own experiences... Paypal is horrible when it comes to disputes.

The only other option I was ever left with was to write it off as business expense / loss.

eCheck, Dispute with your bank since it came from your account. Just call up your bank tomorrow that would be your best bet!
