Ditto most of the comments above. Low quality domains can be valuated a little more realistically using comps ... since low quality domains are not rare, and provide no distinguishing advantage in the marketplace.
Higher-quality and premium domains can only be properly valuated using a thorough analysis of complex variables. Something an automated appraisal could never give you.

Quality is in between the ears.
What's trash for one can be gold for another.
There are thousands of domains that have little sense to many people, but for one reason or another are important for others.
It all depends what somebody finds important about a domain.
Value is always subjective. Always. Ever. Even if it is compared to any whatever table, chart, jury: The buyer sets the value.
