I've been Domaining for a couple years now. I've quit my day job & living solely off my Pay Per Click income now.
I'm hoping to give newbies some insight.

At this time, I use Fabulous.com almost exclusively although some of my names are parked with Domain Sponsor, Parked & Enom. On every buy, I have Fabulous categorize my name and park it. They do everything. They set-up beautiful looking landing pages and after a couple of months, the names make money. :)

I do absolutely nothing to drive traffic to the names. It actually is not allowed. All my traffic is natural type-in (or sometimes my domain is listed highly in Google (just luck). I try to pick names that might have inherent traffic. Of course, that's the hard part.

When registering a name, I'm just hoping to earn my reg. fee back but I've gotten lucky and have many names earning hundreds of Pay Per Click income. As names go, mine are not the "usual" good ones. They are too long & often .org & .net. I've been lucky though.

FYI, Here are some of today's earnings:
  • centerforemploymenttraining.com 8 2 2 0 0 $5.54
  • departmentofthetreasury.org 12 2 2 0 0 $4.51
  • bevillstate.net 4 1 1 0 0 $3.97
  • upstatemedicalcenter.com 8 2 1 0 0 $3.34
  • recordingrecords.com 4 1 2 0 0 $3.28
  • employeebenefitssecurityadministration.net 6 1 1 0 0 $3.18
I have other names that did similar today (gambling names) but I wanted to supply a sampling.
I hope you found this interesting.

Domain your way to retirement. You can do it in 5 years. Make this your goal.
& Thank you for reading.

Hi Craig, I appreciate you sharing...informative and inspiring. Hope you don't mind me asking, but about how many domains do you have? I am assuming it is a lot if you are able to live off of the revenue you posted...or do you supplement it with sales?

Because of my PPC success, there is no need to buy & sell (although I must admit I do a little). Per your inquiry, I have about 3,000 names presently with less than 1,000 keepers (that are earning $xxx daily). I'm buying more everyday & dropping those that don't earn back my registration fee.
All it takes is time (and I'll have many more "keepers" & be earning $x,xxx daily). :)

Set your goals high. & Thank you.

Congratulations, although I have to say the Fabulous landers are far from "beautiful". Also, be sure to have an exit strategy should the market tumble. Network Solutions is already leaving a large load of manure on all domain owners.

We NEED you on the job.

But you do have a nice added retirement from your domaining. :)
This is one sweet business.

What have network solutions done?
Fab landers look beautiful to me. Nearly as beautiful as the revenue report
Can you give an example of a fab lander that you don't like?
