The timeline:
January 15th, support ticket completed requesting whois corrected
March 30th (TEN WEEKS LATER), IYD reply to support ticket and correct whois
April 5th, support ticket completed requesting the same domain to be unlocked
16 days later, NO REPLY to the April 5th support ticket.
