A problematic name. There is an outsourcing company at jap-net.jp that may be interested (not that Japanese are big domain buyers). I would avoid building a website that targets Japan or Japanese unless you have a special interest in it. It would be hard for you to offer anything unique otherwise, and the name can be seen as derogatory. .net domains are commonly used in Japan, and familiar. I would stick with trying to sell it unless I had a killer project in mind.
