That like saying you have a car but not telling what type of car, this answer really depends on what type of site it is.

If it sells kids shoes in a size 5.5 only, its worthless.

If it sells kids shoes in multiple sizes it has more value.

If it sells kids and adult shoes it has even more value.

Dont know, it depends of the name, of its traffic, link popularity, age, PR stability... etc etc. In most cases PR's will barely increase the value of a domain since it may disappear or decrease at the next Google update.

anyway that PR is fake:

The submitted domain name: devhound.com
does not match Google results url: nexusconcepts.com

This Pagerank is not valid!

As DCG said, it completely depends. Some are worth $10, others worth $1000, there are so many variables involved its impossible to give decent estimates on their value.

I'd add that if you have a domain with no content, you're going to have to be able to add content to keep that pagerank... and no, a Sedo parking page doesn't count. Do you have the resources to develop it? (ie, Time, Talent, Money to pay for Time and Talent?) I've got a 93 Nissan pickup that doesn't need much work for me to get it licensed so I'll have a spare vehicle... but I don't have the talent to do that work, and I don't have the money to have someone else do it for me. Just owning it doesn't get me anything... I have to invest in it to really make it worth having, no matter that it gets 25 mpg. At the moment, it's not moving, so the gas mileage is a moot point. Likewise, just having a decent pagerank for the domain name doesn't matter a whit if you can't develop it into a money maker.

thanks for the advise....now thats making sense......

anyways have a game plan in place....actually building a network of PR domains to increase the PR of my primary 3 domains(with a lot of content)....also i believe if they have traffic...those can be the cheapest form of advertisement....i intent to buy pr sites with a lot of traffic...(have found a few already)

anyways thanks for all your comments....it was highly appreciated
