Sedo,

Please give us some sort of keyword approval schedule. I have been waiting over 3 days now to have keywords changed on some names.

3 days is unacceptable for me, especially when the initial keyword Sedo chooses is wrong when adding the name to my account.

I submitted changes to several domains on Wednesday and I'm still waiting as well... no reason they should take so long for this.

Does sedo pro allow you to select keywords yourself without waiting?

Agreed.

Keyword approval and some type of customer service on the weekends.

Well, i think it should be simply postmoderated, not premoderated.

I couldn't agree more.

It's also a matter of trust. As long as they don't trust their partners (us), the relationship will never be very close - not a recipe for long-term success in business.

cheers,
mathias

This wait is killing me... over 1200 hits in the last 3 days with a few domains I just added that are waiting for Sedo.com to approve the keywords!

I think Sedo is observing September 11 as silence day to honor the lost revenue :-D

This keyword policy is ridicilous in my opinion.. they could atleast have someone to check the keywords over the weekends, there is no way you can quickly optimize the best keyword for your domain when it takes a couple of days to get your keyword accepted!

Agree with the above. Impossible to get support on weekends of any sort.

Because they aren't Namedrive. I don't really understand why sedo doesn't have half of the features they should have. Namedrive has been outstanding for me and I think sedo needs to step up to the plate in the template/keyword department.

Hey guys,

Thank you for your suggestions regarding keyword approval time. I will definitely bring it up with our marketing team and see what can be done about this.

Sure. You'll bring it up next month and nothing will be done.

Yikes, Kitty's got claws!

In all seriousness though, this is a rather annoying situation. So if something was done, as it's pretty much obvious it's considered a problem, that would be good for business.
