Stolen from his Moniker account or was the domain transferred to Moniker later.

Should there be any doubt about security of Moniker? I got "extra lock" feature at Moniker but they charge xxx per year.

It's been at moniker the whole time. They are the most secure registrar to my knowledge so I don't know.

I thought it wasn't supposed to be possible to steal domains from Moniker - especially since the domain still is registered with them...

I mean to push the domain from one Moniker account to another.

With their MaxiLock feature, the theif would also have to know the answers to the questions to transfer / push the domain.

Yes, but I bet Moniker will never call it stolen, since it never left their system... And their sales pitch is that they have "never had a domain stolen", or something like that.
