Initials look a little forced and possible meaning permutations seems limited, but you never know with these initials. $300 base minimum.

On-topic, I think that 3-letter domains with .info just look odd. But that's just me.

You may have a point there, time. .INFO may be great for descriptive terms, geographic areas and areas of speciality, but does not seem to have the all encompassing meaning of a .BIZ or a .com.

That's the mindset that people really need to get out of to get the domain name system out of the rut where people think of it as a flat namespace in .com.

If you've got a noncommercial informational site in .info, leave it there... no need to get no steenkin' dot-com names for it "to protect your investment" or for any other reason!
