last bidder is at 60k kind of BS if you become liable for a non bidder 1 month later. what would you do if you didnt have the budget for it anymore? or if funds went to another domain? i dont know if you guys know this but it says if you dont pay, namejet has a right to all of your domains that are still in your accounts (netsol, enom)

Incorrect, as long as you justify your inability to pay; e.g. the $60,200 bid has now disappeared and the top bid is at $58,099. Most likely, what happened is that the forced high bidder stated that they would not proceed with a payment should they win the auction. Effectively, this means that in the pre-release auction you should never put bullsh~t bids in, e.g. a few bucks lower than the high bidder unless you're prepared to end up buying the domain as #2.

I wonder what's a good justification. What if you say your cat clicked the bid button while you picked up the phone? Or you had a sudden incontrollable moment of insanity.. or you just figured it's not worth that and change your mind?

One more bid removed and one more added - so price is still at $46,700
