Personally I'm not fond of time-sensitive domains.
After 2026 the domain will no longer be relevant. And it will be very long before you can cash in on the domain.
At least you have plenty of time to develop...

by that time, there may not be an olympic event



when you consider

the cost to secure, plus that effect on the secured,

versus a hole in security, that poses a threat to the secured...

in 2026, who really wants to be there?

add that factor to other equations


other than that, it's limited, unless something happens during "that" event.
