I am looking to interview experienced website purchasers to obtain case studies that relate to the purchased site's valuation.
The case studies can revolve around:-
i) how to conduct proper due diligence,
ii) where specific methods or tools have highlighted issues,
iii) lemon purchasers and what was learnt from it.
iv) purchases that have extra value to you due to synergy with an existing site
v) anything else that relates to website valuation from a valuation model, what its worth to you, what it might be worth to the seller or current trend perspective etc.
Fee for the interview is negotiable.
