Wanted: Service Looking for someone to make a graphical header (need it for trademark i'm filing)

I'm filing for a trademark and they require a screenshot of my website that shows business being conducted (weird us law) My website goes my two names and I want the trademark for the second name which isn't the logo on the site. Basically someone would take the bottom part and merge it with a header they create for the other name. Please quote me
