Yes, the buyer is bound to the contract.
Enforcing the contract is the big challenge.
How do you say "deadbeat" in Polish?
Yeah, I'm an American living in Kraków. An international scholarship a while back lead to a love affair between me and Polish culture, beer, and women.
Are you sure the last name is correct? I'm here in Poland, and have never heard of that surname, Google seems to reflect that as well. I could be wrong.
Sedo released his information. A real shame they don't reveal emails and phone numbers without legal action.
Incidentally, has anyone subpoenaed a deadbeat's full contact info from Sedo? I am suspecting that the German office needs to step up their procedures of ensuring only verified buyers bid.
This is my 3rd deadbeat buyer on Sedo in the past 4 years.
sedo email said:Unfortunately, we have had no choice but to cancel the transfer for this domain. Despite our best efforts the buyer was unwilling to complete this domain transfer.
If you wish to take legal action against the buyer, based on the binding sales contract agreed upon by both parties, we would be happy to provide you with the buyer's contact information.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries.

One of them even came back after a year and bought the domain...
No. He was never deactivated.
i would be careful posting personal information on here other than your own. I think there is huge liablity if anything were to happen after data was published on the net.
