Once a BIN is stated, in all fairness to those who made offers, a specific time is announced and it becomes an auction affair. Of course, as seller, I would like bidders to take the BIN and it becomes the final offer.
With the sales structure presented, it gives everyone an opportunity to do the BIN or when the time expires, highest winner ends, rather than accepting a closed offer.
The BIN, imo, is valued according to its value. If the sales ends for less than BIN, its a bargain.
