Short for medical science... med science is an often used contraction in the disciplines of medical science... and of course shorter is better for a domain...
Possibilities with subdomains: neuro.medscience.com, derm.medscience.com etc
Great name for biotech company.

Looks like you already gave the name an appraisal yourself :)
As for my appraisal...I believe the name has good potential for an end-user. But resale value would be low... $200-400 IMO.

Has good potential. Can be used to direct traffic to existing site of
any medical company. In the long run should fetch 5-10 K.

Not bad at all. I have not checked possible TMs, but if none then a decent name. I would think that it would have more value as a TM'd brand/company name some day rather than as a truncated generic. This makes it value somewhat binary -- either a couple hundred if no company seeks it or a couple thousand if a company does... in my opinion anyway.

I think you have a great name and the target industry of pharmaceutical-biotech are deep pocket potentials that should produce a favorable result for you!
Best of luck!
