Zero no matter what. The only chance you have of making it valuable would be to develop it, and at point you would have a business; not a domain name. And it isn't even good for development, since you would be giving away part of your business to the site without the hyphen.......a significant percentage of all of your time and effort would be wasted because of that fact.

There are certain names that have hyphens that have value, but this is not one of them. Good luck.
