Hi Kate

I've already seen names beggining at $99 but it was in Live Auctions.
Check fove.com, like this one i've seen several names with a minimum bid of $1500 to enter the auction.

I realized that while i had two domains at $1500 in my shopping cart

Anything over $99 is most likely a "Professional Portfolio" sale - domains submitted for sale by current owners.

If you are trying to sell off some names there it would make more sense to put a starting price in for 60 so you blend in with every other name there, Most snap buyers will overlook a reseller.

They've made all CVCV.coms start with a minimum bid of $1,500. Not sure which other names they are doing this for.

They are ones already owned and put up for sale - check the whois expiry date on them and you will see that none of them have expired.

All CVCV.com's , no matter what quality , requires an initial bid of $1,500 .. I'm sorry to say, but this is rather stupid.. As not all CVCV.com's are even worth $1,000 .. xuzo.com , wexu.com .. etc... :( It's a shame .. So now I can't grab CVCV's off Snap any longer unless they are truly premium..

I'm not sure if that is correct, if you take any CVCV.com and order it through snapnames, then the script will detect that its' consonant-vowel-consonant-vowel.com and automatically increase initial bid to $1,500 :( Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is my experience so far.
