Oh my god. He not a domain owner. How can you scribble in nonsense.Stop calling, as i has already fed up. This domain is where it should be. As i care this domain, and can say that it is not for sale. You can ban the member, give infractions to scamers and delete a topic. This domain are the part of registered TM, so while you posting, you infringement our TM by not deleting this theme. End of Story.

Pretty ungrateful IMO. We are only trying to help.

What I cannot understand is why there is not a 100% verified section in
DNForum where members MUST verify themselves before joining .Could
be snail mail sent to members address (even overseas would not
cost much and speed does not matter) . Then could sign and
fax back the form. Or something along same lines that is secure,
much more secure than say credit card numbers.

DG

Maybe photocopy of passport faxed to DNforum would be
easier ?.

A lot of us assist in recovering domains to their owners for the "fun" of doing the right thing. Sometimes, the owners are responsive, some times it takes longer for domains to be recovered. If I call or email trying to relay information several times over without any response, waiting is the best thing I can do. It is certain that this domain has been taken away from its owners in an unlawful way. The best thing to do now is sit and wait.

As for Mr. "Andre" above, he simply doesn't like the domain, MNB.com to be listed in the search engines tagged as stolen.

IMO this wouldn't be a bad idea, it just might take some footwork to get it going on DNF. Just be forewarned - even being verified is not a 100% way to guarantee someone is valid (it does help, though). Feel free to post this in the suggestions forum (and don't forget to get verified, too!).

And it is appreciated, Acro. Doing what is right is what is needed in this industry.

So what you're saying is that they don't want MNB.com to show as a stolen domain when people do a Google search?

Also, they don't want it coming up that if anyone purchases the domain MNB.com then they might lose the domain since it was stolen and fraudulently acquired by it's current "owner"?

Too bad there isn't a way we can flag (through the WhoIs) that MNB.com is a stolen domain.

1. We run the business here and moderate the forums. We do not have the resources to perform criminal investigation like law enforcement agencies.
2. Verification does not do any good if they can hack into your account and email addresses. Also, it is not practical to do this.
3. There is no need to ban until we get all the evidences. We are watching closely with these cases to make sure that our members are aware of what is going on.
4. After gathering the details and information across several forums (I am not at liberty to disclose the information) I believe this is not an act from one person but from a group of several people.
5. As with any transaction - members need to do some homework's before commit to the transaction.
6. Report any suspicious activities to Mods and Admins.

The investigation is still going and we will post an update when it is available.

Thank you all for your patience and co-operation especially from the volunteers (non profit) investigation team.

John
