Effectively?, We don't see them taking down CyberSquatters or TypoSquatters do we?... Aren't they unwanted dirt in this industry?
They reflect poorly on the industry (to the point that "domainer" redirects to "cybersquatter" on wikipedia). However, a stolen domain name effects a fellow domainer, i.e. the patrons of this forum, while the cybersquatters and typosquatters affect the rightful holders of the respective marks.
We don't get rid of them here because they're not our problem. If a trademark holder has an issue with a domain holder, that's between them. But if member a is trying to sell a domain which was stolen from member b, that's what we as domainers don't take kindly to, and we shut them right down in threads like these.
