MoneyWatch is being launched as a sister site to BNET, the business news site founded by CNET and will be branded across all CBS properties and will be promoted across them all. The stock widget on the front page of CBS radio sites will be rebranded to MoneyWatch.com. Correspondents will be referred to as MoneyWatch.com correspondents. BNET, which has about 13 million unique users now, will feature a MoneyWatch promotion on every page.

I always thought that was a million $ name what with its assumed high traffic and wide media use (in addition to CBS). Seller sold it far too low, imo.

It's easy to say they sold it too low without knowing the details...

True. That was said based on the reported price only. There may have been more involved but I doubt it.

I heard the seller was not aware who the real buyer was so if that was correct he likely did not hold out for more.

It is always great to see a great domain be put to use by an end user.
