Moniker Rocks! Clearly Moniker is for the high-volume professional domainer wheras Godaddy is for the Pedestrian who might buy a couple domains. That's why Moniker gets such good feedback on this forum. But they do need to be kept on their toes and aware of issues that their high-volume customers are having.
The only problem I have with Moniker is the same problem I have with most companies...no one ever reaches out to you until they sense that you are leaving them. Once Godaddy figured out I was leaving, I suddenly started getting calls and e-mails from my account manager.
Like many domainers, My monthly expense at Moniker is probably second only to my house payment. I would like once in a while for my account rep to call and say "hey, you're an important customer of ours. I'd like to offer you this discount code for your registrations next month" or "I'd like to offer you these free services with your domains". It's always when you're leaving that you get that call.
