Moniker has its good points, but resolving customer complaints, especially by email, is not one of them. Additionally, their website functions don't always work.
I also don't want to telephone, I want online support. I agree that Moniker's telephone support is much better than email support although the new ticketing system is much better than the old email. Still, customer resolution is sketchy. Management is really Sales rather than back-office and not much better than Support at resolving or even understanding operational issues.
Getting refunded is a test in tenacity. Correct math, what one would think is an automated function, is also not one of Moniker's strong suits.
