First of all, Its called Creatine Monohydrate. Second of all, its not used to increase size of muscle, but to gain on power, use of which offcourse with appropriate training and nutrition leads to muscle mass gaining and increases the size of the muscle as well. It also "binds" watter into muscles, thus they become bigger and more flexible. Good product, just dont use it for more than 1 month in a row You need at least 2 week pause between monthly periods..
