What really makes a desk is the slide hardware, hopefully the builder used good full extension drawer slides, such as Accuride or Blum Motion.

Looks like you have done your research. Indeed, good sliders were my main requirement.

And as for secretary -- she would be coming when we move to our new office.

my desk is just big enough to hold a six pack of beer at a time, and my laptop. Honestly, I don't need anything else (other than a secretary, that is) :smilewinkgrin:
