ive just started my first pdq site - www.815domains.com

aplusmedia did the logo and the banner (banner can be seen at webmasterads)

with all reseller sites like this - wildewest etc - there is little you can do with regards to modifying it but i think the logo spices it up a little from the plain text

This is EXACTLY why I've been refraining from using eNom's PDQ/RegistryRocket or GoDaddy's WildWest.

Nice site, but I hate eNoms PDQ. It usually takes an average
of 30 seconds to check a SINGLE domain name. Too bad it
doesn't actually check one domain name but about 50 "spinned"
domains with various TLDs.

Last time I spoke with eNom they said the namespinner cannot
be disabled. Customers don't want to wait 30 seconds just
to see if a name is available or no, so most just close the
browser. Not a good $99 investmen in my opinion!

$8.15 is damn cheap! - you can't be making much profit at that price.

That is my one and only quibble with Enom. It does take forever to check a name. I now use another registrar to check for availablility, one that returns the names in just a couple of seconds. Then if it's available, I switch to a window with my Enom reseller account and register there.

I'm sure you'll get some sales at that $8.15 price Fonz. I have a PDQ too and pick up a lot of customers by directing them there to open a free account after they buy a domain from me. That allows the easy push into their account and some of them stick around and register more names there.
