Yeah, and it is pretty funny that you attack the Chinese when they are the only ones standing between you and financial oblivion. The reason you have bought so many Chinese goods is because they were the ones extending the credit.

You are wrong, again, I never attacked the Chinese. I attacked the Chinese government. I don't believe in communism, never will. I don't believe people should be forced into anything. Anyone can sell a $1 soccer ball to Nike if some poor kid with no wages is making it. I hate to inform you but the Chinese have nothing to do with my money, that is were you are so misled. The entire world economy relies on and watches the dollar, not the yen or Euro or any other monetary unit. Me personally, the Chinese government will never affect. These threads have nothing to do with America but you find a way to attack her.

That's pretty funny. Without Chinese Money, Paulson could never bail out Wall Street.

At the moment, you are pretty lucky is it is very unusual for debtor countries to be able to borrow in their own currency. This is a privilege that is very unlikely to be extended for much longer. In any case nobody has explained it to you the current strength of the dollar is down to the fact that Chinese, Japanese and Arabs are changing up money into dollar to lend to you and buy out strategic assets within the US, along side all the repatriate funds that are flowing back into the US from overseas disposals.

As this flow of funds gradually tails off which inevitably it must the dollar is going to pancake.

Well, let's hope America drills some oil and enslaves some kids then we can catch up with China and the Middle East.

Whilst we are on, Bernanke hasn't got a chance in hell of sorting things out because he has totally misunderstood the problem. This is a Credit Freeze. Lenders won't lend because the risk is too high in relation to the returns. So how does he try to solve it. He cuts Interest Rates.

Hello? You cut interest rates to encourage people to borrow. American's don't need to be encouraged, they need to be discouraged, but you do need lenders. So how do you incentivise them. You offer them lower rates of interest! Hello?

Never mind enslaving kids. You won't have enough work for the adults, but yes America will undoubtedly attempt to get more cheaper oil from somewhere who ever owns the land the oil is to be found upon.

So why are there virtually no English Languages sites base in China, or indeed aimed at the Chinese people?

The majority of young chinese businessmen speak english and will tell you that english is the language of business.

Yeah, well you and few others here need to wise up to what kind of business you are in.

If you are talking B2B, it may well be there is some substance to what you say but don't be fooled by the fronts people put up.

If you are talking B2C which is the business I consider myself to be in as a domainer, then you are clueless.

When China brings down the great firewall, maybe these students will have a chance to peruse the real Internet.
Very much like the Americans who think the U.S. is the center of the universe and dwell in their own American Wide Web, most Chinese people are well-contented with their domestic, firewalled version of the Internet, made up of a language they are familiar with, and content relevant to their everyday life.

Hong Kong (now part of China but resides OUTSIDE that firewall) is a very good example: the majority of Internet users there (esp. the younger generation) spend the majority of time browsing local (Chinese) websites, even though they have full access to the "real" Internet like us here.

America is and always will be the shining example of freedom in the world. America has flaws but there is no better government.

"You can choose communism over freedom my friend"

LoL. The US does have freedom of speech; well up to the point that such freedom could actually affect the government in some way, as per those who expressed anti-war sentiments in the run up to the Iraq invasion.

And it didn't stop the 'good' guys dropping napalm on Safwan Hill did it?
