moniker Name has been transfered to Moniker,but not in my account.

Did you have meet the same problem?

I submited a transfered of a .com domain name to Moniker on 15-JUL.

This name has been transfered to Moniker.com on 22-JUL,but this name never go into my account and the whois info is blank......

Is this a bug of Moniker?
