namecheap push???

Hi, could someone tell me how to push a domain to another member of namecheap.com

login to your account and and bring up your list of domains , then click on the domain you want to push , now scroll around and look for "transfer to another account holder" or similar phrase , most of the time it does not say "push". You will push to the screen name of the new owner.
