Must be my lucky month for auctions

Bought a name at Namejet almost a month ago

No info, no nothing, no whois change on name, no support
All they do is keep sending me the same response over and over,

" Gee we are looking into it " we have sent it to our advanced technicians.....
That was 2 weeks ago..."DUH"

Okay " Gee , here is my chargeback for you on the name, now you can keep the domain and take your time screwing around with it yourself" Have a nice day.

Update.
Their response, My lucky day I guess....Well it was only a month tho :) to get this answer

I have received an update from our Developers that there was an error with the system and that the domain xxxxxxx.net was not suppose to go to auction. It was a mistake made by the previous registrar of the domain.

Since you have canceled the payment your charges should be refunded.
