I am picky about how websites present themselves, especially a site that has a lot of traffic, and income, and deals with money. Like Namejet.
I won an auction today. Normally it autobils to the credit card but this one cost a bit more. I got an email that there is money due. Ok, I want to pay it Namejet - if only you would let me. I observe:
1) The email they sent does not have a link to a payment screen.
2) I login to Namejet. A warning box appears, demanding payment; BUT
no link or mechanism to actually, you know - pay.
3) The FAQ in the support center does not have anything on payment.
Nothing!
4) Under My Account, there are no tabs for Finance. Under Settings,
there is no button to pay right now.
5) Under Reports, there are 3 tabs. The first one shows the domain
I owe for; and some text about it needed to be paid. But... well,
you get the drift. No link to pay.
The only thing I can find anywhere on Namejet is the default credit card. So maybe that is all they use. But its bizarre to me not to have links for payment, to have some tips, a FAQ entry... something?
