From what I hear there is huge advantages for establishing any business on an Indian Reservation. An old friend helped set up a casino long ago, for a tribe in Florida. Heard stories that it was a big hit with many breaks offered. SteveYep Ottawa. However, for maximum tax advantages, I would encourage them to set up a partnership with me and move onto an Indian Reservation. There are some advantages, especially if, like me, you happen to be a Mohawk.
