There used to be a Dotster employee here on DNF.

Has he left DNF?

With all of the names in my watchlist for todays auction. I was not the high bidder on any of them. That is a record.

Second. All of the names on my watchlist. They only got one name for someone, not me. Rubs.net

Unfortunately, I had the snap. And, most likely I would have had the high bid if I could had been able to get in this morning.

I bet NW lost a lot of potential profit today. Had their system been working.

Oh, well. There is alway tomorrow!

I have a quick question. A bunch of the names I bid on yesterday are now listed at $8.75, but I want to bid a higher proxy on. How can I do this? When I attempt to place a higher bid the system tells me I can't bid against myself.

Thanks

Rebies:

On the menu page, click on your high bid list and delete your 8.75 bid. Then rebid with a proxy. :)

lux no,this is not the best way.
Just go at Bulk bidding and enter the domain you want, then a space and then the max bid.
eg: domain.com 69

dvdrip is correct. As long as you put a number after the domain name and a price.

for example,

DNForum.com 10,000.
Rebies.com 33.

And, then go to submit.

It will then show you a screen that says
"you raised your max. bid to ???."

Good one dvdrip! Thanks.

Finally got in at NW and, on a more pertinent note on the strength--or lack thereof--of this market we work in, livesexcam.com was bid to $5,136.00 yesterday!

If I recall correctly, he is no longer employed at Dotster.

Today, 0 domain in their database :D
But i guess we need to be indulgent.
It is a high traffic site and sometimes shit happens.
No one of you has ever upgraded or updated PHP, or installed a new module that bugged all the box?
Ever on your private computer, how many time a year are you formating your HD? :p
Peace, and i hope NW will be soon up again.

NW takes the prize for the most lousy programming on planet domain.

It was lousy when it first started, it is just as bad today.
