Wanted: Service Need a php programmer to edit a script

Hi,
I need a programmer to help me finish this script off. Currently it works sortof fine, but I need several edits done to it. I will pay ~$70 via PayPal to whoever wishes to complete it. The site can currently be found at zodm.com. It is a file upload site, but I am creating the script and site template myself. Upload an image to see what I need done. I need it to look likethis. Also I need all the files to be renamed in numeric order no matter the extention, 1.gif, 2.pdf, 3.zip...
