need some help with wordpress/html

I am almost done building a site, however the paragraph/text is not fitting properly in the theme frame. Hope someone can give me a hand, please pm.

Which theme are you using? Are you familiar with CSS at all?

i have no experience with css... i am using the optimize press theme, seems all of the margins are messed up on the page and nothing is sitting right. page is www.local-bitcoins.com
