Need some Moneybookers help

I am trying to buy something small from a seller that can only accept Moneybookers or Alertpay (balance only). I don't think I can use Moneybookers, and it will take days to fund an AlertPay account.

Willing to pay someone $15 via Paypal gift to send a $10 payment to this seller via MB or AP.
